Profound vs Peec AI vs Tadow in 2026: which fits a Shopify brand
Three products, three approaches to AI visibility. Here are the verified differences, including the ones that do not favour us.

Comparing three products when one is ours requires a rule, and here it is: every claim about Profound and Peec AI comes from their own pages, read on 16 September 2026, and we flag the places where they beat us.
Where each one aims
Profound targets large organizations. No public pricing, a free trial of ten prompts run once on ChatGPT, then an enterprise quote. Up to nine engines, SSO, SOC 2, a customer list including a third of the Fortune 100. It is an analyst's tool.
Peec AI, based in Berlin, targets marketing teams and agencies. Public pricing from $95 or €85, unlimited seats on every plan, three engines of your choice on self-serve, and a commerce module with Shopify catalog import and per-product tracking.
Tadow targets European DTC brands on Shopify. Public pricing from €89 to €399, measurement as step one, then catalog correction and proof of influenced revenue.
Where they beat us
| Profound | Peec AI | Tadow | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Public pricing | none | $95 / €85 to $495 | €89 to €399 |
| Based in | United States | Berlin | France |
| Engines | up to 9 (enterprise) | pick 3 on self-serve | 5, AI Mode on Pro |
| Seats | unlimited | unlimited | not billed |
| Shopify catalogue | not documented | import, read only | native, read and write |
| Fixes product records | no | no | yes, after approval |
| Revenue attribution | not documented | not documented | yes, in euros |
| Multi-project | yes | yes | no |
Worth saying plainly. Profound covers more engines than we do on enterprise, with compliance guarantees we do not serve today. If you are a large enterprise with a procurement process and a security review, they are better equipped.
Peec AI offers a wider engine catalog than ours, multi-project management we do not have, and a dedicated agency tier. For an agency tracking fifteen client brands, their structure fits better than ours.
Where we are different
- The fix: we prepare a second, machine-readable version of your product record, published into dedicated fields after your approval. Neither Profound nor Peec AI documents writing back to the catalog.
- The proof: we attribute AI-influenced revenue in euros. Neither documents revenue attribution publicly.
- Shopify scope: our product is built around Shopify rather than compatible with it.
- Handling doubt: when a gap is too small or a sample too thin, we display explicitly that no conclusion is available.
- Billing: in euros with EU VAT, which matters more to a European finance team than it sounds.
How to decide in ten minutes
Ask one question: what will you do with the number. If the answer is "show it to a team that will decide on actions", a measurement tool is enough and Peec AI is a strong choice at that price. If the answer is "show it to leadership to secure budget", you need a conversion into currency, and that single criterion shortens the list considerably.
If the answer is "fix my product pages", check who actually writes to your store, because the gap between observing and correcting is several weeks of manual work for your team.
