Are my data and my store's data hosted in Europe?

Yes: your account data and your store's data are hosted in the European Union, on Supabase and AWS infrastructure in the Frankfurt region, and the serverless functions that run Tadow are also pinned to the EU. We do not collect your shoppers' personal data, only your product catalog and aggregated order data (amounts, status). This EU hosting applies across the whole platform, from the visibility scan to tracking AI-influenced revenue.
