Otterly AI review 2026: the cheapest entry point, and what it leaves out
Otterly starts at $29 a month, the lowest entry in the category. Here is what that plan actually contains, where the add-ons kick in, and who it fits.

Otterly AI is the cheapest entry point in the category, and the vendor owns that position: its plans are explicitly labelled for solo marketers, small teams and then SMEs. OtterlyAI GmbH is based in Austria, making it one of the European vendors in this market.
Pricing and what it includes
Read on 16 September 2026: Lite at $29/month for 15 tracked prompts, Standard at $189 for 100 prompts, Premium at $489 for 400 prompts, enterprise from $1,000. A 15% discount applies to annual billing, and team members are unlimited on every plan.
The entry plan covers four engines: ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Copilot. It also includes multi-country tracking across 50+ markets, a GEO audit and a prompt research tool, which is generous at that price.
The thing to check before buying
Three engines are sold as add-ons, and they are not minor ones: Gemini, Google AI Mode and Claude. Gemini and AI Mode run $9 to $149 per month depending on your plan, Claude $29 to $439.
The arithmetic follows. If your market requires both Google surfaces alongside ChatGPT, the $29 plan becomes a $47 plan, and the gap widens on higher tiers. That is not a criticism, it is an à-la-carte pricing structure you simply have to fold into your comparison.
What it does not cover
- No ecommerce capability: no Shopify integration, no product-level tracking.
- No revenue attribution documented on their pages.
- Fifteen tracked prompts on entry, thin for a catalog spanning several product families.
- Competitor tracking limits are not published on the pricing page.
- API and advanced features start at the Standard plan.
Who it fits
Otterly is a good call for a brand that wants to know whether this topic concerns it at all, without committing real budget, and accepts starting from a small sample. It also fits a services business where there is no product catalog, since the missing ecommerce layer is then not a gap.
For a DTC brand with a catalog, the ceiling arrives quickly. Fifteen prompts do not cover a range, and with no product-level tracking you get a brand-level measurement while your problem lives at the SKU. Our entry plan at €89 tracks 50 prompts on ChatGPT, and the €199 plan covers the full conversational engine set with no add-ons to assemble.
