An AI provider is a generative artificial intelligence service that answers user questions, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Google AI Overviews. Each relies on its own sources and recommendation logic. For a DTC brand, visibility must be read provider by provider, since a strong presence on one guarantees nothing on the others.
