Scrunch AI review 2026: what the Core plan includes, and what it does not
Scrunch publishes a $250 Core plan. Here is what it actually contains, what is gated to Enterprise, and what the Sitecore acquisition changes.

Scrunch AI is one of the established players in AI visibility tracking, claiming 500+ companies and agencies as customers. The vendor is based in Salt Lake City. One piece of context worth knowing: Scrunch announced on its own blog in June 2026 that it had been acquired by Sitecore, while stating the platform continues as a standalone product.
The Core plan in detail
Read on their pricing page on 16 September 2026: Core is $250/month, Enterprise is a custom quote. Core includes 125 unique prompts, one country, one language, one persona, five tracked competitors, five user licences and four engines: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Copilot. A seven-day trial with no credit card is offered.
The prompt volume is reasonable for the price. What deserves attention is the single-axis dimensions: one country, one language, one persona. For a brand selling into several markets, or addressing two distinct customer types, that constraint arrives fast.
What is gated to Enterprise
Here is the part that matters most to an ecommerce brand. Product Observability, the capability that tracks visibility at the individual product level, is not included in Core. It is Enterprise-only, on quote. Enterprise also raises coverage to nine engines, adding Gemini, AI Mode, Claude and Grok.
So if your reason for buying is to learn which products in your catalog appear in AI answers, the published $250 plan does not answer your question, and the price of the plan that does is not public.
What is not documented
- No Shopify integration or catalog ingestion described on their pages.
- No revenue attribution capability documented.
- Annual pricing exists as an FAQ entry, but its answer loads client-side and is not readable in the page source.
- Enterprise limits are quote-based throughout.
Alternatives by need
If you want multi-market tracking on a contained budget, Peec AI offers multi-country on Advanced and Otterly includes it from the entry plan. If your need is product-level, check explicitly which tier owns that feature at each vendor, because it is precisely the capability several of them reserve for their top tier.
At Tadow, product-level tracking and product-level attribution sit in the Pro plan at €399, with 300 tracked prompts and the full engine set, and that price is public. It is our most expensive plan, and it still lands below the threshold where most vendors in this comparison switch to a quote.
