Agentic Commerce

Agentic commerce is commerce in which autonomous AI agents search for, compare, recommend, and sometimes purchase products on a shopper's behalf. For a DTC brand, this shifts part of the buying decision toward assistants like ChatGPT or Gemini, which pre-filter the products a customer ever sees.
