Competitors
The brands AI engines cite alongside yours, your share of voice against them, and who is gaining from one scan to the next.
You already know whether AI engines mention you. Competitors answers the next question: alongside whom? The screen is built on your last 12 scans and opens with your “Part de voix”, the weight your brand carries among every brand cited in the latest scan, with a delta chip when the move is meaningful. The real value sits elsewhere, though: the brands listed here are the ones AI actually cites next to you, not the ones you would have written on a whiteboard. There is almost always a name you weren’t watching.
Reading the brand table
- Visibilité (dernier scan): how strongly the brand comes through in the most recent answers.
- Part de voix: its weight among all the brands cited.
- Position moyenne: the lower the number, the better placed the brand is inside the answers.
- Sentiment: the tone of the mentions, independent of their volume.
- Mentions: raw volume. Read it next to position and sentiment — being cited often, badly, is not a win.
- Tendance and Suivi: the move from one scan to the next, and whether the brand is one you follow.
- The table stops at the top 15 brands, so a brand you follow but that is barely cited can drop off it.
Follow, merge, remove
- “Suivre” adds a brand to your watched list.
- “+ Suivre” does the same for a brand Tadow detected on its own in the answers. It is the most useful button on the page — it turns a discovery into ongoing tracking.
- “Aliases”: up to 10 name variants for the same brand, so different spellings are counted together.
- “Retirer” takes the brand back out of your watched list.
The rest of the page
The “Évolution / Visibilité des marques” chart plots you against the top 5 and needs at least two scans to render, so an empty chart after your first scan is expected. The podium sums up the three leading brands. The “Vendeurs recommandés” donut shows which sellers AI points buyers to; it recognises the major marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Cdiscount, Fnac, Zalando and similar), so a niche retailer is not counted there. Finally, “Tes produits les plus visibles” only appears after a product scan.
Aliases decide what gets counted. If a competitor is cited under a spelling that is missing from its alias list, those mentions land on a different brand and its share of voice is understated. Exactly the same logic as your own brand aliases.
