Sentiment

Not whether AI mentions you, but how: score, trend, breakdown, and word-for-word excerpts.

Visibility tells you whether AI mentions you. Sentiment tells you how. The screen opens on a “Score de sentiment” running from -100 to +100 — the average across your brand’s mentions in the latest scan, with a delta chip and a positive / neutral / negative legend. Right next to it: “Mentions analysées” and “Mentions négatives”.

Reading the score properly

A score near 0 does not mean AI is divided about you. Most of the time it means your mentions are neutral and factual: the engine lists you without qualifying you. That is a very different situation from a mix of strongly positive and strongly negative mentions, which produces exactly the same average. The “Répartition” chart is what separates the two cases, so look at it before concluding anything. Second reflex: always read the score alongside “Mentions analysées”. An average built on a handful of mentions is not a trend.

The rest of the page

  • “Évolution”: the score plotted scan after scan. This is where the effect of a fix to a product page or a piece of content shows up.
  • “Répartition”: the stacked positive / neutral / negative bar — the chart that actually explains the score.
  • “Sentiment par moteur”: tone varies between engines. A decent overall score can hide one engine that is markedly harsher on you.
  • “Ce que l’IA dit”: up to 3 positive and 3 negative excerpts, word for word. They are examples, not the best and worst of what is being said about you.
  • No actions on this screen: it is a reading surface. The levers live elsewhere, in your catalogue and your content.

What makes a mention invisible here

Sentiment is only recorded when your brand was recognised in the answer. If AI writes you under a spelling that isn’t in your brand aliases, that mention simply doesn’t exist on this screen, good or bad. Your alias list in Réglages > Ma marque directly determines what you read here.
