Settings, brand and team
Your brand brief, the engines you track, your subscription and your team access.
Settings brings together four things that drive everything else: what Tadow knows about your brand, which engines it queries, your subscription, and who has access to what on your team.
Your brand, the screen that matters most
Your brief gates the quality of every measurement: it tells Tadow what you actually sell, to whom, and in which market. “Regénérer” re-runs the web research and rebuilds the proposal in about thirty seconds (the button reads “Analyser ma marque” until a brief exists). Always read what comes back before saving — a rough category produces measurements on the wrong market.
- "Autres noms de ta marque": every spelling, abbreviation and former name you might be cited under. This is what decides whether a mention counts as you. A variant missing here is a lost mention, for visibility and for sentiment alike.
- "Requêtes mesurées": the questions you want tracked on top of the automatically generated ones. They are measured on every scan.
- The competitors you declare here are a starting point; Tadow then detects the ones that actually show up in answers.
If Tadow spots recent answers that look like they are about you under a name it does not recognise, it tells you on this screen. It is almost always a variant to add under "Autres noms".
AI engines and subscription
The “Moteurs IA” card lists the engines queried on every analysis. They come with your plan and there is nothing to switch on: Starter covers ChatGPT, Growth adds Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, Pro adds Google AI Mode. Engines from a higher plan are shown greyed out, with a link to pricing. The "Abonnement" card shows your plan, its price and status, and "Gérer l’abonnement" opens the billing portal to change plan, update your card or download invoices.
Team and roles
You invite someone by creating an invitation link, valid for 14 days and usable once, which you pass on yourself. Every member has a role you can change from the list, with two exceptions: the workspace owner and yourself.
- Propriétaire (owner): the account that created the workspace. Its role cannot be changed or revoked.
- Admin: manages the workspace and its members.
- Manager: works on the brand, runs scans, publishes fixes, but does not manage members.
- Analyste: read-only. Sees everything, changes nothing, publishes nothing. The role to give an external contributor or anyone who just needs to read the results.
