Quickstart

From account creation to your first measured scan, in three steps.

Three steps separate an empty account from a first usable result. Budget around ten minutes, most of which is waiting for the scan.

1. Confirm your brand brief

This is the first thing Tadow asks for, by design: until the brief is confirmed, the rest of the app stays closed. Tadow researches your brand on the web to understand what you actually sell, not just your name, then derives the queries to measure.

Review what it understood, correct anything wrong, add your competitors and any alternate spellings of your brand, then save. This step gates everything else: a rough brief produces measurements on the wrong category. Take the time to read it over.

2. Connect your Shopify store

From the Catalogue screen, authorise Tadow to access your store. Installation goes through Shopify’s standard authorisation flow: you approve the requested access from your own admin. Tadow reads your catalogue and orders, and only writes to your product pages when you explicitly approve a fix.

Tadow collects no personal data about your end shoppers, and your data is hosted in the European Union.

3. Run your first scan

From Visibilité, start a scan. Tadow queries the engines included in your plan on the questions typical of your category, then computes your visibility score, your average position, and which competitors outrank you. The first scan is your baseline: trends become readable from the second one onward, once there is something to compare against.
